Hello Everyone.

I'm Ali aka Witty, I live in the UK (North Wales).

I decided to join the site after listening to the podcast of reckoning (which is awesome btw).

I played 'the game that shall not be named' from release up until just after 'the expansion that cannot be named' released (it just really killed the game for me). I was a big fan of raiding and the PvE content, and enjoyed the open world pvp (pre-Battlegrounds). I've also dabbled in Star Wars Galaxies and I'm currently on my 30 days free Age of Conan (I doubt I'll subscribe, it's 'meh' imo).

I've been in love with the Warhammer lore and tabletop game since I was 11. I also enjoy 40k, LOTR and Blood Bowl! My favourite fantasy race is beasts of chaos but I have also been inspired to make a bright wizard themed empire army (thanks Paul).

I started following the game from late 2006 and have eagerly awaited every newsletter since.

Last year me and my friend went so far to attend Games Day UK and we finally got our chance to play Warhammer Online. It was a blast! Especially when my mate was on the other team playing a bright Wizard and I was playing my Zealot (the class I'll be playing at launch) and I was repeatedly killing him (either my 'uber' zealot skills or zealot needs a nerf ). One memorable moment playing was when I cornered my friend in a corridor and stabbed him to death with my sacrificial dagger(<3 collision detection), as he was dying he used his self-destruct move and there was a large puff of smoke, as it faded all I could see was his helpless body lying there in a heap. I also had the chance to experience turning into a Chicken while we were waiting for the scenario.

We currently have our own guild called Critical Chaotica (www.criticalchaotica.com), this was formed by me, some real life friends and some former guild mates in our WoW raiding guild. We will be playing on Destruction EU and we have our own guild video. We are looking for new members ^^ Myself and a couple of others have pre-ordered the CE so we're looking forward to that.

In Warhammer Online I'm looking forward to nearly all aspects of the game, though mostly RvR. I'm currently playing Age of Conan and some games on Steam like Team Fortress 2 and Counterstrike Source, I also can't wait for Battlefield Heroes! Hey all fellow WAR fans, i am Mirelind. I have played DAOC for 6.5 years on merlin/killibury cluster. For that last few years i have tinkered with other games and not found what i wanted at all. Now that WAR is on the move i am getting more and more excited. I know alot of old Ravenous players and i am hoping to bring some over to WAR with me!

On a side note Orlock should play on a US server, it just seems to me that he would still find people playing at his time frame and well lets just face it we know how the EU DAOC went, sadly.

I am an Aussie guy, 27 years old and i have a wife plus a little 16 month old daughter. I work in a hospital as a nurse, yeah yeah i know literally a crappy job but it pays the bills. I play mmo's to get away from real life and to relax. Well sometimes it turns out frustrating but i have learned that mmo anger is sometimes a good release as the other person is half way across the world, and will not whine or [Expletive - Ninja Slap by The Geek] slap you if you get grumpy or mad.

Anyways i thought i would just say g'day and introduce myself.

I am in beta. I would love to find an order guild to play with. PM me if you need a strong dwarven tank.

Hello all, I am posting under the name Hellebron (where I can) and like my namesake will be playing a Witch Elf in WaR, been a Druchii fan now since just before first edition when they where in the original Dogs of War book, however when their first proper army book came out I became a dedicated follower of the army. Pretty much always had a Druchii army, through all the changes in models over the years (aye I had Witch Elves back when they wore chainmail) and Hellebron has always been my fave special Character. (I am so chuffed she is back in the new book next month.  )

MMO wise my only game has been WoW, and although I've enjoyed it, and still play it now, I will be shifting compleatly to WaR when it reaches Open Beta along with my wife. (We have our codes, just waiting.  ) From what I can see its going to be a stunning game, and I'm looking forward the first time my blades ease through the cheastplate of some unfortuanate Asur on the battlefield. 

In the real world, I work as a nights manager at a shop, have two boys and am enjoying life, been a wargammer since 88, Roleplayer since 90 (although I had rule books in 88, just never played till 90) and live in Suffolk. My wife not only joins me in MMO's, but she is also a Wargammer and a Roleplayer. We play 40K, Warhammer, Blood Bowl, B5 ACTA and a few other wargames, and Roleplay wise its mainly Werewolf the Apocalypse and Star Wars, although we'll be getting Dark heresy soon. Both of us are looking forward to WaR, although we will be exploring a lot, and doing lots of PvE to start with.

Hopefully this place won't get blocked by work, and I'll see you all around.

Hello everyone. My name is Bouncy, otherwise known as Jason =p. I am about to turn 19 years old on sept. 1st, woot!

I have been a global moderator over at warhammerconflict.com since the sight first came to life.

I am an avid gamer, much like most of you! I am studying film/journalism for my major, and graphics communication for a minor. I make short films, and I work at Blockbuster Video,  go figure =p!

I wanted to introduce myself to you all so I'm not just the strange man who posted about his guild on this site =p

Hey all new to this world. I am technically 1 day old. My name is Ladidame aka Ladithief from WoW. Just trying to get info here to make the game a little more understandable. So far I love it but it seems to have a steep learning curve.
I have played table top RP and pen and paper RP i.e axis and allies in the 80's Role Master, Spacemaster, RuneQuest & AD&D until I got into my first MMORPG. Now I am hooked on them. WAR is my third if one counts Guild Wars as my second.
