I was thinking of a Black Library section.  Where people who read anything from there could talk about what they are reading. I think this could go in the off topic area, as it could lead to work by authors outside of the black library. Even books of the in your face Good Vs Evil.

Thoughts, opinions?

Black Guards don't read books....
They are busy chopping up their enemies in three to five pieces each, and then move to the next one... Kiss

Here is a the link to the Black LIbrary http://www.blacklibrary.com for those of you who for whatever craziness don't read War Hammer stuff.

I am reading Defenders of Ulthuan by Graham McNeill. He does some awesome writting. He has written other books. I just want to stick with this one here
This is book one of a new series.

You learn more about the High Elves. Not just in a general sense but an up close and personal way. Their loves, hates, passions, indiffernce (to their own well being), along with other key insights to well known Elves.

The story is multi-tiered and forks many times. There seems to be about 4 major storylines supported by about 10-12 main charactors. This may seem exessive but it works very well. History of the elves and there current condition is well examined. I would recommend this book to any WHF fan. Also, for you Dark Elf fans this book is also a must read. Again much history of High Elves are revieled, including the dreaded Druchii.

Never really got into the lore of Warhammer. Although from what I hear it is dark and gritty, which is always makes good reading. I was hoping to research more into Bright Wizards before release as their my intended class. But I think a section for the Black Libary would be a very good idea, I've always liked reading fan made storys.

I am going to sticky this area. Hopefully it will keep the world of WAR in print in front of our faces. The whole BL area over at GW has some background, free sample chapters from a lot of books, news letter, and more.

If anybody finds something good over there they would liek to share, share it here. Also, keep talking about those books you are reading.

Eh, I am an avid reader, but I've never been much of a fantasy reader since High School. Anymore I just read Architecture books, the random Philosophy and the occasional random work of classic fiction.

I am currently reading Vampire Wars : The von Carstein Trilogy. I am still in what would be considered the first book I believe. However, I find it very engrossing (pardon the pun). The vampiers from Warhammer are always cool and I found the ones exposed in Geotrek & Felix novels inviting. So, I had to read more about vampires, and I am no vampire nut.
